Refund policy
At Vineyard T-Shirts, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—gracefully and with transparency.
🇺🇸 U.S. Orders Only
We currently only ship and serve customers within the United States. All policies below apply exclusively to domestic U.S. orders.
✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging, with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at hello@vineyardtshirts.com.
Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions for completing your return.
🔧 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello@vineyardtshirts.com.
We’ll make it right with a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., skincare or grooming products)
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before making a purchase or starting a return.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the original (once approved) and placing a new order separately.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refunded amount.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@vineyardtshirts.com.
