1. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

2. How do I request a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vineyardtshirts.com. with your order number and a description (and photo, if possible) of the issue. We’ll respond within 1–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure quick delivery, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
